Usage Agreement Swiss Game Hub
The Swiss Game Hub is a non-profit association for the promotion of the gaming industry in Switzerland.
The user is a company or an individual.
This is a contract between the association and the user. The user receives from the association the use of a workspace or multiple workspaces as a paid service.
Scope of Services
A workspace includes a desk, chair, internet access, power and access to the general game hub facilities like meeting rooms, kitchen, dining area and toilets.
Costs and Duration of Contract
The contract can be terminated immediately by either party. Paid costs for partial months are not refunded. The costs are due at the beginning of each month.
If the contract begins during a month, the costs are only due for the remaining days.
Liability
The association is not liable for personal injury or property damage, nor for the loss of items.
Fair Use
The user uses the game hub facilities in a manner consistent with general office work. Excessive use of facilities (e.g. working in meeting rooms) is prohibited.
Address
The user can use the Swiss Game Hub as his company address and receive mail (c/o Swiss Game Hub).
Conduct
The user uses the workspace at their own risk and agrees to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the office where the workspace is located and that does not endanger or harass other people.
Generally, individuals are to treat each other with respect. No bullying, no sexual harassment, no sexist or racist remarks, or threats of violence.
The user also agrees to comply with the terms of the association's lease agreement.
Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply.
